There have been a lot of posts over the last couple of days talking about the Codex Sinaiticus Project web page going live on July 24. It’s very exciting to see a large-scale collaborative effort underway to digitize this important manuscript and make it accessible to a wider global audience. The history behind Codex Sinaiticus and its departure from St. Catherine’s Monestary is quite fascinating. If you’d like to find out more, try searching on the name: Constantin von Tischendorf. The Codex Sinaiticus Project web page is available at: http://www.codexsinaiticus.org.
