I am thankful you are giving away books. I have several young men in our congregation that are hungry for books to read, and I have been looking for resources to get them good, cheap books to put in their hands and build their library…thanks for the chance…I’ll take the Mystery book!

I am thankful that we have an awesome God (Deut 10:17; Neh 1:5) with an awesome name (Psalm 99:3; 111:9) who performs awesome deeds (Psalm 66:3,5) and has an awesome presence (Gen 28:17; Deut 7:21)

I’m thankful for the transforming power of God’s grace. He saved me from the destruction I deserved and gave me a new life in Christ and a wonderful family. If He had not pulled me from a horrible lifestyle of drug addiction and violence I’d still be an addict, in prison or worse. I praise Him for pulling me from such a miserable condition.

I’d be happy to win anything, but if I had to choose, I would probably go with the Hebrew Lexicon. I’m already taking Greek so it would be nice to get a head start on Hebrew

I’m thankful for the spiritual growth I see in my children. I’m thankful that Jesus cares about my family, my children and me. I’m so thankful for His sustaining grace.

I also enjoyed reading the Courtship of Miles Standish on Thanksgiving, and am thankful my ancestor is John Alden, not Miles Standish (or at least not how Longfellow makes him out to be…).

Okay, I’m interested in the More than A Skeleton book by Paul Maier.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be with family and look back at the blessings God has provided us over the past year.

I am interested in “Sing and Learn New Testament Greek”. I have been teaching myself N.T. Greek so I can be a better Sunday School leader and teacher.
