I’m not really all that sure that this statement would be received as well today as it may have been in Luther’s day.
I’m just going to chime in here and say that sitting still and bringing up children rarely have anything to do with each other. Not that a single man would know anything about that!
So true. I wonder if this was something Luther said before or after he was married with children.
