Hello Shaun,
This is the third post on this topic that I have seen and no “list” or link to “kindle list” that I can find. When I use your “click here” to read at BGGW I only see this:

When I use the amazon link I am directed to my own page.

I bet you’re using Firefox or chrome with some sort of an ad blocker installed. You my want to try accessing the page using Internet Explorer or another browser without ad blocking enabled.
Exactly! Opera shows them all.
